Conference Staff Our professional conference staff will arrange housing, dining services, and meeting spaces within the residence halls. Should your group require the use of other on-campus facilities and services, we are also happy to help with those arrangements.
Vending Machines When that midnight cookie craving hits, conference guests will be happy to find cash and coin-operated beverage and snack machines located at each residence hall. The location of these machines varies by unit, so please stop by the front desk to inquire.
Complimentary Print/Email Stations For our guests' convenience, a self-service print and email station is located at each residence hall facility. Each station includes several computer workstations, both Macintosh and Windows, with a full suite of Microsoft and Adobe productivity software. These stations also have full Internet access with popular web browsers, and users can print via high-quality networked black-and-white laser printers. All print and email station services are provided free of charge.
Recreational Facilities Just because you’re away from home doesn’t mean the workout has to suffer! UC Berkeley has state of the art recreational facilities available to our conference guests for a fee. As a guest, you will have access to the Recreational Sports Facility (RSF), the Strawberry Canyon Recreation Area (SCRA), The Golden Bear Recreation Center (GBRC), and Hearst Gymnasium.
Laundry Facilities Laundry rooms equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers are located in most residence hall buildings. The locations of the laundry rooms are posted in the lobby near the main entrance to each building. Pricing can be confirmed with the conference clerk staff. Please note, the front desks of our residence halls do not carry cash, so quarters will not be available for purchase.
