The charming, 18-acre campus occupies the grounds of a 19th-century estate with tree-lined paths, traditional neo-Georgian buildings and some striking modern buildings as well. Situated on a wooded bluff in the Grymes Hill area, the campus offers a spectacular view of New York harbor. The apartment-style housing in its three-story residences is clustered around a central lawn adjacent to the campus. Meeting and facility space is available for either corporate lunch or casual meeting.
