Food & Beverage:
*SPRINGMAID BEACH RESORT & CONFERENCE CENTER MUST PROVIDE ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES, with the exception of guestrooms. Springmaid will assign appropriate meeting and function space in accordance with the group size. All services and equipment are subject to a 18% service charge and applicable state and local taxes. MEAL FUNCTIONS: A group must guarantee the number of person attending all food and beverage functions at least 96 hours prior to the function. Springmaid will prepare for 5% over the guaranteed number and charge the Master Account for the actual number attending or the guaranteed number, whichever is greater. All meals functions are subject to a 10.5% sales tax.
Two on site restaurants BARnacles and Marlin's. Marlins Restaurant, which is setup as a buffet style restaurant, serves three meals a day in which we can offer discounted group rates. Please see below for pricing:

ADVANCE DEPOSIT: The advance deposit indicated 50% of food & beverage, event room rental will will be credited to the Group’s Master Account upon the Group’s check-in, or in the event of cancellation, applied towards the cancellation fees / liquidated damages set forth herein.
BILLING ARRANGEMENTS: The Group’s estimated Master Account is due and payable upon arrival. Room charges, which are the direct responsibility of individual and conference attendees, must be paid in full upon arrival. Groups will be paying by:
