Rental Policies:
Overnight accommodations only available in the summer months (May-August). All outside organizations requesting use of space on the University’s campus must complete and return an Event Request Application form. Please note, requests should be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event date. Each event request will be reviewed to ensure compliance with the Rowan University Scheduling & Facility Usage Policy.

Eynon Ballroom The flexibility of the Eynon Ballroom makes it the ideal venue for all types of conferences and events.

Betty Long Rowan Auditorium For groups of about 100 participants, the Rowan Hall Auditorium contains technological enhancements and a great atmosphere for any type of meeting.

Coach Richard Wackar Stadium Wackar stadium is home to Rowan's football, field hockey and lacrosse teams. It is also one of the key locations for our many summer camps.

Boyd Recital Hall Located in Wilson Hall, the 230 seat Boyd Recital Hall is an ideal location to host a recital or business presentation.

Edelman Planetarium Rowan's 102-seat Edelman Planetarium offers star and laser shows as well as special presentations conducted by knowledgable and engaging staff.

Chamberlain Student Center Serving as the hub of student activities, the Chamberlain Student Center is home to the Marketplace cafeteria, two retail food courts, a coffee bar, convenience store and a number of newly renovated meeting rooms.

Bozorth Auditorium This newly renovated 130-seat lecture style, technology enhanced auditorium is a popular location for College of Communication and Creative Arts classes.

Tohill Theatre Located in historic Bunce Hall, Tohill Theatre is a popular venue for plays, performances, and large meetings.

Pfleeger Concert Hall The 895-seat Pfleeger Concert Hall is the ideal site for performances, presentations and ceremonies.

This campus restaurant location entices diners with scents and flavors from eight cuisine and beverage stations that feature food from around the world. This is the centerpiece of the Rowan community and is where students and staff congregate to enjoy a great meal, socialize or study.

One Stop Event Coordination The Office of Conference & Event Services offers one-stop event facilitation services. From meeting spaces to overnight accommodations to catering needs our staff works to make every event a success. We configure our facilities, equipment and room set-ups to best serve the needs of our guests.

More than 200 camps, conferences and events are held at Rowan each year. These events range in size from under 10 to over 1,000 participants and guests. Rowan University offers an array of unique spaces on campus to accommodate events. From large networking receptions to small seminars, there is a space at Rowan designed to meet every need.

Adventure Aquarium - Camden, NJ Adventure Aquarium is in the heart of one of the country's richest historical and cultural regions, and is conveniently located along the Camden Waterfront across the river from Philadelphia

Philadelphia and it's Countryside Philadelphia plays home to an astounding collection of museums, artistic venues and historical attractions. There’s the Liberty Bell, of course — plus amazing art installations, jazz venues, architectural landmarks and much more.

Deptford Mall Deptford Mall has the recipe for great shopping.  Add exciting new shops – like P.S. from Aeropostale, The Limited and Forever 21 – to a winning mix of department stores including Boscov's, JCPenney, Macy's and Sears.  Stir in dozens of favorite specialty stores, from  Aldo and American Eagle to Delia's, The Disney Store, Gamestop, Gap, LOFT, Pac Sun, Swarovski and so much more.  Fun food and inviting casual restaurants, like Ruby Tuesday and Friendly's, are the icing on this cake.

Cherry Hill Mall The Cherry Hill Mall offers many popular clothing stores such as American Eagle, New York & Company and Nordstrom. There are also delightful restaurant options like Maggiano's and California Pizza Kitchen which are both accessible from the parking lot as well as many other dining places and shops located inside and outside of the Mall that are entertaining for the whole family.

Inside Moorestown Mall you can shop for clothes, accessories, electronics and much more.  There are numerous places inside the Mall to grab a quick bite to eat, as well as restaurants such as Bertucci's and Chipotle Mexican Grill which are located right outside for those who want a casual dining experience.

Philadelphia Zoo The Philadelphia Zoo’s 42-acre Victorian garden is home to more than 1,300 animals, many of them rare and endangered. The Zoo, fulfilling its mission of conservation, science, education and recreation, supports and engages in conservation efforts to protect endangered species around the world.

New Jersey's Historic Sites and State Parks Whether it's a Revolutionary War battlefield, a lighthouse, a village reminiscent of times long past, or the home of a president, poet or industrial pioneer, there is something for everyone to experience and enjoy at New Jersey's State-Owned Historic Sites.

Duffields Farm Market The Duffield family raises over 50 varieties of vegetables and fruits, including peaches, strawberries, nectarines, and the best sweet corn and tomatoes in South Jersey.

Battleship New Jersey America's most decorated Battleship is now the area's most exciting museum, open for tours, events and overnight encampments. Exploring “BB62” is experiencing history in a whole new way. Not only do you see exhibits of artifacts from the ship’s past, but you are put into the exhibit as you go through the tour route.

New Jersey Motor Sports Park Sitting on more than 500 acres in Millville, N.J., New Jersey Motorsports Park is nestled snugly in a beautifully forested region surrounded by scenic rivers and the nearby Delaware Bay. The park includes two world-class road courses, Thunderbolt and Lightning, a motorsports country club membership program known as the “Drivers Club,” the Finish Line Pub restaurant, and F1 New Jersey, one of the top karting facilities in the U.S.

Clementon Park Clementon Park offers many exhilarating water rides such as the Torpedo Rush and the Sky River Rapids.  There are thrill rides like the Ring of Fire and the Sea Dragon as well as family rides such as the Vintage Carousel for those who do not enjoy those fast-paced daunting rides.  

Edelman Planetarium and Observatory Fredric and Jean Edelman Planetarium is a university and public service facility on the campus of Rowan University.  The planetarium provides pedagogically sound and entertaining programs that educate the members of the Rowan community, the K-12 students of the region, and the general public. We advance the understanding of the universe and serve as a public resource for astronomical information.

Pitman Golf Course Located in beautiful Gloucester County, New Jersey, the Pitman Golf Course offers players of all abilities the opportunity to have a fun and challenging game of golf.  This public facility has a regulation 18 hole golf course, a practice putting green, a driving range, a full service clubhouse restaurant and bar that also provides excellent catering services.
