The meals at Procter are prepared by our dedicated staff. Food is wholesome and delicious. We will make every attempt to accommodate special dietary needs. Although we have set meal times at Procter; breakfast is served at 8 am, lunch is served at 12 noon, and dinner is served at 6 pm, special meal times can be arranged in advance. Coffee and tea are always available in your designated meeting room and the dining room. Additional refreshments will be provided, upon request, including snacks for afternoon and evening meetings.

Rental Policies:
Our center will except reservations up to 2 years in advance. A $50.00 per person deposit is required for overnight retreats. For day meetings, 50% of the total estimated cost is required to hold the reservation.
