Painted Boat Resort

About

Accessible by float plane or a comfortable, world-class ferry system operated by BC Ferries which carries cars as well as foot passengers, Painted Boat Resort Spa & Marina is a beautiful west coast designed, waterfront resort located only two hours from downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. Situated beside the quaint village of Madeira Park on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, the Resort sits within five acres of lush Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Arbutus trees which cascade to the deep water marina located at the front end of the property. Featuring 31 spacious two bedrooms, two bath villas, each unit offers modern, custom-made furnishings, with a large patio or balcony and a superb water view. Fully stocked kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a living area with fireplace complete the package.

The fitness facility, infinity pool(open seasonally April to October), and hot tub overlook the ocean and are the perfect spots to admire the view. Kayak and SUP rentals are available on-site at the dockside of Painted Boat’s Marina, and there is a myriad of local hiking and biking trails right out the front door of the Resort.

Without question, guests and locals rave about the calling card of the Resort – The SPA at Painted Boat. The fully-appointed Spa is a premier destination unto itself, with seven treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy room, aesthetics facility, and the unique SPA Garden. This intimate, private setting is located adjacent to The SPA and features a sauna, waterfall with plunge pool, two hot pools, and casual seating areas with a central fire pit to enjoy at your leisure.

The Lagoon Restaurant at Painted Boat (open seasonally April to October) highlights local, Oceanwise seafood and locally-sourced, organic (where possible) products in its signature creative coastal cuisine. Whether seated in the relaxed interior, or on the bright patio, there is a welcoming ambiance for ‘sipping and supping’ while taking in the stunning views of the resort’s marina and oceanfront.
