Situated on 90 acres of rolling hills, woods, and spacious lawns on the banks of the Fox River in Elgin, Judson University is the perfect setting for your conference or event! Located in the heart of the northwest suburbs of Chicago, the entertainment and social opportunities for your conference and meeting participants are innumerable. Judson is conveniently located off of Interstate 90 and State Route 31 with easy access to O'Hare International Airport, Elgin Metra Train Station, Pace Bus, and numerous taxi services. 

At Judson University, you will find a wide variety of year round meeting facilities with the added value of low cost technology. Our facilities include various classrooms and conference rooms with built in technology; computer labs with the latest technology; an intimate 135 seat auditorium; a 600 seat chapel, perfect for weddings, concerts, and large group gatherings; and a full service athletic building with a full sized gymnasium, weight room, and nautilus room. During the summer, we can provide numerous on-campus housing options for up to 400 conference guests.

Our on-campus food service provider, Creative Dining Services, is available to support your event with exceptional dining options. Delicious chef prepared meals are served in our 255 seat dining hall for your conference and event participants. Our catering staff offers an extensive menu of distinctive served, plated, and buffet meals for your special occasions and private events.

The Office of Conference and Event Services is a one stop shop operation. Our professional staff has extensive experience with a wide variety of conference groups and special events. As members of the Association of Collegiate Conference and Event Directors-International (ACCED-I) and with certified Collegiate Conference and Events Professionals (CCEP) on staff, you can rest assured that your conference or event will be handled with the utmost care!
