Grinnell College has the ability to host a diverse array of events year round. When class is in session, September to the middle of December and from the end of January to the end of May, availability is limited for overnight events.

Grinnell College has state of the art audio visual equipment allowing guests to project DVD's in almost every meeting room. Additionally, computer terminals can have their screens projected onto a screen for the entire meeting to view. Guests are also able to bring their own laptops and connect them to the projectors for easy display of powerpoints and other audio visual aids.
Wireless internet is provided for every guest.
Food & Beverage:
Events on campus are catered by Grinnell College’s nationally recognized dining services-- a self-operated food service that employs ten American Culinary Federation certified chefs. Dining Services was awarded “best small school dining service” in the country in 2009 by the National Association of College and University Food Services.
