On-campus overnight accommodations are available during the summer months (May-August).

Rental Policies:
Florida Tech strives to be a one-stop shop for your event. The Conference Services Bureau will schedule all meeting and function space on campus, arrange food and beverage services, coordinate overnight accommodation needs, and act as your general campus liaison. All clients must provide the university with a copy of a current and valid certificate of insurance naming the Florida Institute of Technology as additionally insured and covering both General Liability and Worker's Compensation. All policies must be comprehensive general liability insurance and have a minimum coverage in the amount of one-million dollars.
