| Event Coordination | The Events & Conferences team will assist you every step of the way to ensure that your experience on our campus is a positive one. Since each program is unique and requires careful planning and coordination, a knowledgeable staff person will be assigned to your program from initial booking through completion. Boston University is a “one-stop shop” campus. Based on your program’s needs, Events & Conferences will work with campus service departments and vendors on your behalf to ensure that your event has everything it needs to run smoothly. You will be free to focus on program content while our staff handles the logistics. |
| Parking | Summer conferences can make arrangements for overnight parking and commuter parking is available throughout the year. There are parking lots across campus; your conference planner will assign you one that is convenient for your group. |
| Front Desk | Front Desk staff members will be there to greet your guests upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their stay in the residence halls. |
| Residential Building Security | Building security is provided 24 hours a day. Our friendly residential safety staff will work hard to ensure your safety. |
| Laundry | Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in each residence hall. |
| Fitness Facilities | World-class fitness facilities are located at Boston University’s Fitness and Recreation Center. Exclusive daily and weekly membership rates are offered to conference guests over 18 years of age. |
