A Conference Technology Package is included in Airlie's Complete Meeting Package (CMP). The package includes: LCD projector, projector screen, podium & microphone, corded microphone, flip charts, white board, DVD/VHS player, wireless slide advancer, pens and pads. On-site technical support is available throughout the course of the meeting. A full complement of advanced and speciality services are available, e.g., audio recording, internet teleconferencing etc.

Creative, seasonal, and sustainable cuisine is a hallmark of the dining experience at Airlie. The Center places an emphasis on local, sustainable and organic foods, working with a network of more than thirty local farms, and serving guests vegetables and herbs year round from Airlie’s four-acre culinary garden located just 100 yards from the Center’s kitchen. Airlie chefs offer an extensive menu including vegetarian and health conscious choices served buffet style in the Airlie Room. Private dining with speciality menus is available.
